CREW Hotel

Staff & service: exceptional. Very attentive, never had to wait even when it was busy if I had any request. the breakfast buffet/ choice is amazing, free water and fruits /cookies and coffee all day; There is a long breakfast table if u want company but also tables. I have special dietary needs and the chef made sure I had a variety of quality food to eat. Staff was so kind and helped with very good laundry service, taxi rides, rooms are being cleaned whenever requested, towels replaced etc. Very clean & functional rooms/bathroom; free bikes; overall very pleasant ambience & staff seem to be happy which really adds to the experience. Location great too. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was brand new and good facilities. The bathroom was clean and the room was very modern. There was free cycles to use in the lobby which was a plus (although there are also paid cycles through an app station outside too). There is complimentary fruit and water and other snacks in the lobby which was very nice. The vibe around the lobby was good with people having lunch and relaxing around the area.

Small, very modern, exceptionally well appointed hotel. Offered everything you would need/want. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Wide variety of choice available at breakfast. Unlimited water available. Very good location- set a little back from the main square which meant it was quiet but short walking distance to everything. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Stayed in two different rooms as we decided to extend our stay- first was like a duplex, split over two levels- large bedroom upstairs and with sitting area, bathroom downstairs. Nice to have a chill space but did mean going downstairs to the bathroom during the night, which might not suit some.

Excellent hotel, with friendly, helpful and accommodating staff, and comps. There are fridges full of water bottles free for guests in reception. We stayed in a duplex room (two floors) with a nice sunset view. It was quite luxurious, modern and clean.

newish hotel, staff was very helpful and friendly. My issue with this hotel is management and what they expect from clients. I broke a water glass while brushing my teeth. They want to charge you for that glass. So I asked the staff if they thought that was okay, they were reluctant to answer, so I asked if anyone has ever drop a glass or plate during breakfast service. The answer was yes, do you charge the customer for said item? answer was no. Just leaves a bad taste, for an otherwise great stay.
